What’s something most people would find unexpected about you?

The original concept for Three Potato Four was a small hamburger shop to be called "Smalls" that sold....small hamburgers.

Favorite activity to pass time when you’re not working?

Janet: Gardening, tending to my chickens, antiquing.

Stu: Baking, working on small vintage dirt bikes...and antiquing

What’s the best piece of business advice you’ve ever been given?

Oh man, I have so many of these. Probably my favorite one currently is attributed to a few different famous folks but the gist of it is that "the only people who never make mistakes are the ones that never do anything".
